Built out from a historic sawdust factory on the corner of North 6th Street and Wythe Avenue in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood, National Sawdust houses a world-class architecturally-forward performing arts space. The organization serves the surrounding community as an innovative leader in changing the landscape of contemporary music by bringing all voices to the stage and beyond.
Visitors will get to experience the most high-tech artist’s playground in New York City, from our acoustically pristine space to our Meyer Sound spatial system, with Founder Kevin Dolan, Director of Sound and Technical Design Garth MacAleavey, and Architect Peter Zuspan.
A panel discussion will take place at 1:30pm on Sunday, October 23, and spatial sound demonstrations will occur throughout the day.
