About this Event

On April 28, the Open City Benefit will bring together 300 Open House New Yorkers for a festive evening on the 70th floor of 3 World Trade Center to celebrate 25 years of Open House New York.

Founded in the wake of 9/11, Open House New York promotes broad, public access to our city. Through our signature OHNY Weekend festival and year-round programming, OHNY invites curious New Yorkers to peek behind the scenes and meet the people who design the city and keep its systems running.

The Open City Benefit is Open House New York’s largest single source of support, and ensures we can continue to open New York.

The 2026 Benefit honors Lisa Silverstein, CEO, Silverstein Properties; Lillian Valenti, Chief Emeritus, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; and Scott Lauer, Founder, Open House New York, and is co-chaired by Forth Bagley and Liz Neumark.
