BroSis is a Black-founded and Black-led social justice youth development organization that has been at the forefront of social justice for the past 29 years, educating, organizing, and training to challenge inequity and create opportunity for all. With a focus on Black and Latinx youth, BroSis is where young people claim the power of their history, identity, and community to build their future. We have created a beacon of enlightenment – a space for educating, organizing, and training the field to advance social justice. Our new building is an expanded state-of-the-art site for our children and the community and a model for the educational field. This is solely a home for the development of BroSis – a space to educate, support and guide young people; to work to change policies that will more broadly and systemically help our children and community; and a site to train in the field so that others can improve their youth development outcomes and to advance social justice. This building was designed by Urban Architectural Initiatives, built by Apex Racanelli Building Company, and managed by the Gilbane Building Company.
