Gallery: 2019 OHNY Weekend Highlights

On October 18-20, 2019, more than 80,000 New Yorkers and visitors from across the country and around the world came together for the 17th annual Open House New York Weekend, crisscrossing the five boroughs in celebration of architecture, urban design, and New York City.

From the brand new stacks of the Hunters Point Library to the vast atrium of the iconic Brooklyn Army Terminal, from the penthouse of Hudson Commons to the control towers of Floyd Bennet Field, this year’s festival gave visitors unparalleled access to the city, deepening our understanding of New York City’s built environment and the importance of thoughtful design to our day-to-day lives.

Produced in partnership with more than 450 arts organizations, city agencies, architecture studios, and others, and with the help of more than 1,200 volunteers, OHNY Weekend is one of the largest architecture festivals in the country.
