Metropolitan members are invited to an exclusive design tour  of 154 Scott, a historic five-story loft building in Bushwick, Brooklyn, led by designers from Bench Architecture. Built as a steel mill in 1926, it was transformed in 2019 into creative studios and offices, with a three-story members’ club added in 2024. Originally towering over farmland, it now offers expansive views of Brooklyn’s industrial landscape.
