Series Description

Projects honored with the Open City Award. Each year, OHNY confers the Open City Award to the design and development team of a recently opened project that makes a sizable contribution to quality of place in New York City. These are the singular projects, often born from visionary aspirations and years in the making, that embody the spirit of openness, access, and connectivity that are essential to New York’s continued growth and preeminence. This series will showcase different aspects of Open City Award recipients with members of the teams that brought them to fruition.
