Greater Nexus is Downtown Jamaica’s first accessible and affordable shared workspace. It is a place for members to Connect, Create and Collaborate. We offer access to over 10,000 sq ft of shared office space, conference and meeting rooms, a large modular training space for events/workshops with innovative equipment and technology. We will provide explorers with a fascinating walkthrough of the history of our building, highlighting the preservation of the facade of the historic Queens County Family Court and its transformation into a vibrant coworking facility. Additionally, we will showcase the cultural contributions made by our current tenants in the business incubation space. **Friday Programs** – **Walking Tour**: 2:30-3:40pm. Presented by Katherine Ryan, Senior Project Manager – Real Estate, Economic Development & Capital Projects for Greater Jamaica Development Corporation will include visuals of the development of the space, like renderings and mid construction project photos, that have never been seen by the public before. The tour will last approximately 1 hour. – **Concert**: Live music will be performed on-site by youth from the community at 4:30-5:40pm. – **Bilingual Tours**: General open house hours will be available with bilingual tours from 2pm-2:30pm, 3:40pm-4:30pm, and 5:40pm-6:00pm.

Friday Programs
- Walking Tour: 2:30 and 4:30. Presented by Katherine Ryan, Senior Project Manager—Real Estate, Economic Development & Capital Projects for Greater Jamaica Development Corporation, the tour will include visuals of the space’s development, like renderings and mid-construction project photos, that have never been seen by the public before. Approximately 45 minutes.
- Performance: Live music will be performed on-site from 4:30-5:40pm, with a 15 minute intermission.
- Bilingual Tours: General open house hours will be available with bilingual tours from 2pm-2:30pm, 3:40pm-4:30pm, and 5:40pm-6:00pm.
A wheelchair lift is available and can be requested by buzzing the onsite security guard for access. Photo ID is required for entry. Service animals are allowed, no pets are permitted.
