This October, we return to the top of The Woolworth Building to celebrate the 24th Open House New York Weekend. Same soaring skyline views, same up-close look at the building's intricate terra cotta façade (gargoyles included), but a whole new slate of festivities with a community of New Yorkers who share your love of the city.
The Launch Party directly supports Open House New York Weekend, a citywide festival that opens doors across the five boroughs, delivering 1,400 hours of free public programming to 50,000 New Yorkers each year. This October 16-18, more than 300 destinations across the five boroughs—from subway tunnels to skyscrapers, and everything in between will be open for exploration. But first, we celebrate.

On October 16, 2025—dressed in dazzling, intricate details—nearly 500 guests gathered at the iconic Woolworth Building to kick off OHNY Weekend. It was a joyous evening celebrating the power of an open city and the magic of Open House New York Weekend—a true tribute to the people and places that make our city shine. The evening buzzed with creative energy, with music in the lobby by Mostly Modern, live painting by Noble Signs, and imaginative activations by Street Lab.
