The Centurion

Midtown, Manhattan

The tours will showcase the building’s lobby, featuring the waterfall, as well as a fully furnished penthouse. We will also include a model of the building to explain its structure and design. Tours will be led by PEI Architects with support from property managers. This luxury residential development in Midtown Manhattan is within walking distance of Fifth Avenue and some of the city’s most recognized landmarks and shops. The building, clad entirely in French Burgundy limestone, draws inspiration from the restrained elegance and human scale of the neighborhood and evokes and updates a century-old tradition of luxury residential properties marked by handsome silhouettes, rich materials and gracious appointments. The principal south-facing elevation is distinguished by a stepped profile with large windows and a succession of shallow balconies and deep terraces offering spectacular views.
