Each installation is strictly temporary and highly mobile, designed to make an immediate impact on its urban setting. Every week, a DOT lift-gate truck delivers Street Lab’s custom-designed and -built equipment to dozens of school streets, open streets, plazas, parks, and playgrounds, and brings them back to the Red Hook waterfront warehouse.
