Join the New-York Historical Society (N-YHS) and RAMSA for a tour of the New-York Historical Society Museum & Library, located in Manhattan’s Upper West Side. This triple-landmarked building was constructed in two phases: the central portion facing the park was designed by York & Sawyer between 1903 and 1908, while the matching north and south wings, the library stack tower, and the service wing were designed by Walker & Gillette between 1937 and 1938. N-YHS and RAMSA will discuss the history of the building and its collection, as well as the ongoing renovation and expansion project.
A portion of the tour takes place outdoors. Visitors are encouraged to dress for weather.
