After Rikers: Justice by Design
On March 13 Open House New York was honored to host Elizabeth Glazer, Director of the New York City Mayor’s Office for Criminal Justice, as part of the public premiere of the short documentary, After Rikers: Justice by Design. Ms. Glazer gave an update on the planning study that the city initiated in January 2018 that will set the guidelines for the design and construction of the new jail buildings.
