Minetta Lane Townhouse Tour

View from above of a stylishly decorated living room with wood floors and a tall mantlepiece, with gray couches in the center and a circular light fixture above.

Architect and contractor Adam Kushner has spent nine years meticulously crafting the perfect home for his family in a West Village townhouse. The hundred-year-old building has been completely transformed with unique modern features and nods to the building’s colorful history and surrounding neighborhood. More than just a residence, it’s a love letter to New York City.

OHNY Metropolitan members have the opportunity to visit Adam’s home for a tour and Q&A – a rare chance to hear about the highs and lows of the design and construction process from the architect’s and resident’s perspective and experience this singular project from climbing wall to loft to kitchen.

Space is limited and reservations are available to OHNY Metropolitan Members only. Email rsvp@ohny.org to be added to the waitlist.
