Join us for a tour of an operating 30-beer-barrel production brewery in the heart of Brooklyn, manufacturing a diverse array of beer styles using both classical European and modern American techniques. Visitors will get a behind-the-scenes look and learn about the beer brewing process from grain to glass. The tour will include the on-site grain mill, mash tun, boil kettle, fermentation tanks, and barrel cellar.
