TSX Broadway is the most exciting project currently in progress in New York City. This 550,000-square-foot, 46-story tower, $2.5+ billion development at 1568 Broadway is bringing new life to the heart of Times Square. The project is taking the first steps in reimagining a Times Square that meets the needs and desires of tourists, locals, brands, consumers, and New York City at large with a new hotel, experiential retail space, an outdoor performance stage, and more.

One of the most exciting components of the TSX Broadway project involves lifting the historic Palace Theatre to 30 feet above Times Square! The Palace Theatre, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at West 47th Street, is a 1,740-seat theater that opened in 1913. It is one of the oldest theaters in Times Square and one of the most iconic Broadway theaters, having hosted nearly 2,000 performances.

Elevating the Palace Theatre over Times Square will preserve the history, nostalgia, and legacy of all the great performers and performances that have graced its stage, while reflecting its prominence in a new setting that will enhance the theater experience for future generations. TSX Broadway encapsulates the storied history of arts and culture in New York City, while moving Times Square and the city at large toward a new future combining entertainment and experience.
