The Belnord is a historic apartment house on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Originally designed by Hiss & Weekes and completed in 1908, the landmarked 14-story Italian Renaissance Revival building occupies a full blockfront on the east side of Broadway. The recent renovation by the RAMSA and Hollander teams revitalized this iconic structure, which boasts one of the city’s largest private courtyards and a recurring cameo as the fictional Arconia in Hulu’s mystery-comedy series, “Only Murders in the Building!”
