Join RAMSA and Hollander Design for a tour of The Belnord, a historic apartment house on Manhattan's Upper West Side originally designed by Hiss & Weekes and completed in 1908. The RAMSA and Hollander teams recently completed a renovation of the landmarked, 14-story limestone-and-brick Italian Renaissance Revival building, which occupies a full blockfront on the east side of Broadway between West 86th and West 87th Streets and includes one of the city's largest private courtyards. The Belnord is also featured as the fictional Arconia in Hulu's mystery-comedy series “Only Murders in the Building!”
