NOoSPHERE Arts is a nonprofit organization and cultural center located in Greenpoint that produces and presents experimental arts programming at the nexus of art and eco-awareness. Uniting music, dance, visual arts, theater, film, poetry, and prose, its collaborative productions harness the power of art to drive action toward green living, fair play, and oneness. Kingsland Wildflowers is a 25,000 square foot native pollinator garden nestled in Greenpoint Brooklyn’s industrial zone. The Kingsland Wildflowers project is the result of neighborhood partnerships between local businesses and community organizations committed to environmental sustainability and community benefit. This tour will explore the array of NOoSPHERE Arts’ exhibition and performance spaces, from the expansive indoor artist studio Last Frontier NYC to the captivating rooftop stages crowned with Kingsland Wildflowers’ urban meadows and Resonant Nature, an outdoor site-specific art installation made of vertical sculptural pieces resembling vibration patterns emanating and echoing from nature. The first part of the tour will be led by Daniela Holban, Deputy Director of NOoSPHERE Arts, and the second part will be led by Marni Majorelle, founder of Alive Structures and the visionary behind Kingsland Wildflowers.

The tour will involve climbing multiple flights of stairs. Visitors are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and dress and prepare for weather.
