Located in the Bronx’s Mott Haven neighborhood, Maven is a new 27-story apartment building with bold massing and a sculpted, faceted presence that maximizes sunlight and views for all 200 apartments. Tour participants will be guided through highlights of the architecture and interior design, both by award-winning firm CetraRuddy.

The tour will begin with the immersive lobby art experience. Conceived by CetraRuddy and developer RXR as an art gallery, the space features a 115-foot-long exhibition wall that allows people to experience art from the street. The integrated installation enlivens the neighborhood and is complementary to the tradition of street art in Mott Haven. Custom works were commissioned by celebrated international and local artists.

Participants will also learn about the latest design ideas supporting contemporary hybrid lifestyles through an exploration of Maven’s coworking areas and other shared spaces. Finally, this tour offers a look into Maven’s biophilic design and the incorporation of nature into the building experience—including in a lush courtyard and at the rooftop lounge, which offers sweeping views across the city.
