Historic Central Park Structures @ Night

Lighting designer Michael Hennes of Cline Bettridge Bernstein Lighting Design (CBBLD) leads this nighttime walking tour that looks at the exterior illumination of five historic Central Park structures: the Dairy Visitor Center, the newly completed Chess & Checkers House, Naumburg Bandshell, Bethesda Terrace Arcade, and Belvedere Castle. Each of these was restored by the Central Park Conservancy and features lighting designed by CBBLD.

Each of these was restored by the Central Park Conservancy and features lighting designed by CBBLD.

The tour will involve a combination of walking and standing for the full duration. There are steps along the walking path and a few steps leading up to the entry terrace at Belvedere Castle. In the event of severe weather, this program will be canceled and ticket holders will be notified via email.
