Situated across three floors of the former Marine Commandant’s residence at BLDG 92, the exhibition highlights the important role the Yard has had on the local, national, and international stage over its 200+ year history.

Highlights include learning about the famous ships built at the Yard; key moments and milestones during the Civil War, WWI, and WWII eras; the transition of the Yard from a shipyard to a manufacturing center that now supports over 450 businesses that employee 10,000 people; and an introduction to the Yard’s newest tenants and plans for the future.
