Take in the Intrepid Museum’s collections and hear inspiring true stories of service and technological innovation aboard a national historic landmark, the aircraft carrier Intrepid! Exclusively for OHNY Weekend, the Museum is offering these tours before our complex opens to the general public, giving you an opportunity to experience Intrepid without the usual hustle and bustle of weekend crowds.

This one-hour-long walking tour of Intrepid’s hangar deck and flight deck takes place where history happened, blending together stories from the ship’s time in service with a look at the Museum’s aircraft collection, which includes everything from propeller-driven aircraft to supersonic spy planes.
