It’s set to become the largest geothermal project in NYC, utilizing earth’s heat and cooling for energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions by 60%. This WELL-certified building integrates flood-resistant design and green technology. A standout feature is the “vertical boardwalk,” which connects stacked amenities, gardens, and a wooden pool deck with sweeping beachfront views.
