Experience the stunning transformation of PENN 2, an iconic redevelopment project located directly above Penn Station. The reimagined building, designed by MdeAS Architects, now boasts a sleek new glass curtain wall, a relocated triple-height lobby, and a variety of new interior and exterior amenity spaces. A striking two-block-long addition, aptly named The Bustle, runs along 7th Avenue. The plaza beneath The Bustle, serving as the grand entry portal to Madison Square Garden and Penn Station, is adorned with a mesmerizing 288,000-diode LED art installation that illuminates its entire 430-ft length.
Join CBB Lighting Design Associate Principal Michael Hennes for an exclusive evening lighting tour of the iconic tower. The tour will guide you through the lobby, the WorkLife lounge/pre-function space, the Town Hall multipurpose performance space, the 8th floor terrace adjacent to a double-height rentable tenant space, the Perch rooftop lounge, and the 17,000 SF rooftop park. The tour will conclude with a return to the vibrant plaza under The Bustle.
