Melrose Commons is a 30-block urban renewal area comprised of different types of affordable housing. Bronx community group, Nos Quedamos (We Stay) and the architecture firm MAP worked together to design a redevelopment plan that reflects the community's need and aspirations. Talks with architects will be provided throughout the day.
