Meet Brooklyn Bridge Park staff for a tour of the open sections of this 85-acre sustainable park designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates. The park features beautiful lawns and pathways, volleyball courts, a destination playground, as well as a continuous bikeway, all with sweeping vistas of the harbor and lower Manahttan skyline. The Empire Fulton Ferry section has recently reopened and includes Jane's Carousel housed in a glass building designed by Jean Nouvel.
